The Help Desk is the campus clearinghouse for computer questions and problems.
Hours: 8 to 4:30 Monday - Friday
Location: Wyllie D117, just inside the main computer lab Wyllie D150 on the lower level of the library

- Technical difficulties on Voice Mail
- Preparing computers for surplus*
- Password resets(link)
- Virus/Spyware problems
* Please use the Service Request form for these services
- We will not work on personal computers other than to connect them to Parkside via a modem or through ResNet.
- We will not work on PDAs, Pocket PC's or peripherals, other than those being connected to Parkside computers.
- Printer Repair: We will assist with paper jams and reinstallation of printer software, but departments are strongly encouraged to buy a maintenance contract for their printers.
- Repair of hardware in Parkside owned laptops
