....is an act of guiding, inspiring and empowering individuals in need of assistance.

Established in 2000 by the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, Always Reaching Upward (ARU) is a mentorship program dedicated to the academic and social success of students from high school seniors to college seniors. It consists of two mentoring tiers which encapsulates assisting students in all stages of their college career.

1. Pre-Enrollment - High school mentoring
2. Peer - College mentoring
