In most cases, there is 1 RA for every 40 students living in on-campus housing. Each Resident Assistant has a sincere desire to enhance your residential experience by providing you with support, information and assistance. Each RA is available to discuss your concerns and assist you or make appropriate referrals.

Hall Directors
All Halls are managed by a Hall Director. A Hall Director lives in each building, is on-site 24 hours a day, and is available to help maximize your college experience. You may find your Hall Director helpful with roommate relationships, adjustments to college life, and information about the campus. Your Hall Director supervises and trains the Resident Assistant staff and the reception desk staff. The Hall Director is also the advisor to PHAB (Parkside Housing Activities Board).
