UW-Parkside Police Patch Requests
As a result of potential security issues and budgetary concerns, the UW-Parkside
Police Department has adopted the following policy regarding requests
for our patch.
- Any request from within the continental United States must originate from another law
enforcement agency and must be submitted on agency letterhead.
- We will not honor patch requests from outside the United States.
- Requests made in compliance with our policy should be directed to Chief James Heller, UW-Parkside Police & Public Safety Department, 900 Wood Road, Box 2000,
Kenosha, WI 53141-2000. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope
