Italy! Celebrate!
UW-Parkside celebrates everything Italian during its fourth annual "Celebrazione Italiana" Saturday, April 26, in Main Place. The event benefits the university's many Italian heritage programs.
The evening starts with a sumptuous dinner (an Italian dinner, of course), an auction, an opportunity to meet students who have traveled to Italy as part of the university's exchange program, and dancing to an authentic Italian band. The highlight of the program is the presentation of UW-Parkside's 2008 Lifetime Recognition Award to Kenosha businessman Ralph John Tenuta.
